WWE Announces Women’s Evolution Week

In a recent post on its website, the WWE announced that this week will be Women’s Evolution Week. A bigger percentage of the content is going to revolve around the women’s division. According to the company, all content on its social and digital platforms will celebrate the milestones made.

More than five years ago, the four horsewomen made their debut on RAW. Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Bayley would, later on, transform the women’s division. In the year 2018, the first-ever women’s all pay per view “Evolution” took place.
From what we’ve already seen, the women’s division heavily relies on the four horsewomen. Each of the four horsewomen held a world’s championship with Charlotte Flair having held the most championships.
Apart from being a Royal Rumble Winner, Charlotte Flair is also a 5 times smackdown women’s champion and a 4 time Raw Women’s champion. Becky Lynch, on the other hand, has the longest reign of the three, with a total of 398 days as the Raw Women’s champion.

Apart from the four horsewomen, other superstars like Alexa Bliss, Trish Stratus and Asuka also played a crucial role in the women’s division. It’s really great to see the growth of the women’s division over the years. From what we’ve already seen, the women’s division will continue to experience tremendous growth in the coming years.
According to reliable sources, another Women’s evolution week was to take place on August 30th. However, according to Ringside News WWE has another event on August 30th and it’s not Women’s Evolution. Instead of the second Women’s Evolution Week, WWE is planning another event that will include superstars from both divisions.
